These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Remembering Tomorrow (“we”, “us”, “our”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between the client (“you”) and Remembering Tomorrow.
1. Services
We offer custom life writing and keepsake services including, but not limited to, memoir writing, audio recordings, and personalised storytelling packages. All services are outlined in individual project agreements, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) is required to secure your booking.

Full payment details and milestones will be specified in your service agreement.

Final payment is due before delivery of the finished product unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week after the due date.
3. Revisions

All packages include up to two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated.

Revision requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the draft.

Additional revisions may incur extra charges and be quoted separately.
4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful, relevant information and respond to requests (e.g. feedback, scheduling) in a timely manner.

Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that materials provided (e.g., photos, names, stories) do not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via email or secure download link.

Physical items (e.g. printed hardcovers) will be sent via tracked mail where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness or external factors.
6. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, you retain full ownership of your completed memoir or keepsake.

With your consent, we may use anonymised excerpts for promotional purposes (e.g. website portfolio, social media).

You may opt out of this by submitting a written request at the time of signing the agreement.
7. Confidentiality

We treat all shared information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Any third parties we work with (e.g., editors, designers) are bound by confidentiality agreements.
8. Cancellations and Refunds

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged proportionally for work completed to date.

If we must cancel, any unearned payments will be refunded in full.
9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, emotional distress, or inaccuracies in the content resulting from client-provided material.

We do not guarantee the approval or reception of any final product by third parties (e.g. publishers, family members).
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, or technical issues.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings are considered.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and dated accordingly.
